CountryNet Connected Communities Scholarship

The purpose of the CountryNet Connected Communities Scholarship (CCCS) is to encourage young Central Coast Australians to develop their skills in programming.

One scholarship will be awarded, each year, to the best candidate.

About the Scholarship

You will receive:

  • $2,000 towards tuition fees
  • Practical experience with a software/development company on the Central Coast
  • Paid part-time work

Are you eligible?

  • You must have attended a Central Coast High School (evidence will need to be provided)
  • You are currently studying a programming or software development degree at University
  • You must show proven experience with one or more development tools – Javascript or C#
  • You must provide a background paragraph about yourself which includes:
    • Tell us abit about yourself
    • Why drives you in programming?
    • Why are you the best candidate for this Scholarship?
  • You must be able to work part-time (2-3 days per week, depending on University workload)

Selection Process:

  • CountryNet Software will review each candidate, with the selection process starting in May 2017
  • Selected candidate to start in July 2017
