It is a very deep cobalt blue and silver cardboard lid with a clear plastic base. It measures approximately 4 inches in diameter. It is hallmarked with "Evening In Paris", "Bourjois", "New York", "Net WT 2 5 8 OZ". It is in good condition, but has some age related wear, as can be viewed in our photos. and a blank cartouche in the center for engraving your initials

The cameo is surrounded by tiny seed pearls

The clasp and frame are also stunning and unusual

It includes one of the original powder puffs that is in great condition

with a glass mirror that has some age related wear

It opens to a large glass mirror with some slight haze

and has two areas to slide in cash

The gold plated lid has no dents

that is not very noticeable to the naked eye

The opening tab is hallmarked with what appears to be the numbers "1795"

and the lighter is in working condition
