This special edition M4 2 was released (alongside an R3 50mm f1. 4 Summilux kit) to celebrate what would have been Oskar Barnack's 100th birthday. 1000 cameras were made and each was sold alongside a matching gold 50mm f1. 4 Summilux lens. There is a replica of Oskar Barnack's signature on the top plate. The bodies were made in Canada and are otherwise identical to a standard M4
